You know when I think of relaxing, what comes to my mind ? Sea. Right!! The beaches, the sands, the high waves, the water touching your feet, sounds of the wind, the smell of the wet mud- our stunning nature at its best. You feel the Bliss….. It brings a kind of joy that you get when you can feel that peace with nature, your thoughts are out there running freely as tides in the ocean as if you are the mighty Sea yourself, just waiting to splash freely without any boundaries.
You know there is a little scientific fact that the color blue has been found by an overwhelming amount of people to be associated with feelings of calm and peace. Staring at the ocean actually changes our brain waves frequency and puts us into a mild meditative state. Isn’t it amazing, the science is also pushing us to go to the beach and Relax !!
Here are 5 most beautiful beaches I found that are dying to be explored :
- Playa Paraíso beach, Tulum , Mexico
The appropriately named Playa Paraíso, which translates as Paradise Beach, is another of Tulum’s most Instagram-ready spots. This majestic, untouched stretch of sand is surrounded by looming palm trees and rugged cliffs. This perfect crescent of white sand and blindingly blue water is paradise at its very finest.

2. Waipio Valley Beach, Big Island, Hawaii
Of all the beaches on the Big Island, the unspoiled crescent of black sand at the base of Waipio Valley is easily the most secluded: It’s sheltered by 2,000-foot cliffs, and it’s a grueling 3mile hike down. But don’t be dissuaded, as you’ll be rewarded handsomely for your efforts with superfine, inky sand, and calm, clear turquoise water. Look to the east, and you’ll spot the spectacular Kaluahine Waterfall (pictured) and the larger Waiulili Falls, which are accessible via a rocky trail along the surf. Due to its remote location, you’ll likely have this secret paradise all to yourself.

3. Guisi Beach in Guimaras , Phillipines
Western Visayas is nature’s gift to beach lovers. Don’t leave the Philippines without visiting the tiny island province of Guimaras, which is one of the first Spanish settlements in the archipelago. You will notice centuries-old lighthouses and other structures built by Europeans. Guisi Beach is a unique gem of the Visayas province. Both sides of the beach have astonishing rock formations with hidden beach pockets.

4. Leros island, Greece
It’s the islands of the northern Aegean. And it’s the distances required to reach these islands which have kept them secluded and free from overblown tourist developments. Leros is no exception. But whilst most Greek destinations are noted for their ancient history, for Leros it’s the modern history that intrigues. Italian forces were based here during the occupation in the early 20th century and Mussolini had grand plans for the island. You can still find remains of his rationalist vision at the town of Lakki, which is gradually being restored.

5.Agnes Water, The Discovery Coast, Queensland, Australia
Only 23 miles from the Great Barrier Reef, Agnes Water offers every aspect of beach life you could wish for, as the friendly local community are keen to tell you. Experience it as part of a great drive from Brisbane to Cairns, Agnes Water is popular with swimmers, surfers, divers, sailors, and it’s good for fishing and mud crabbing too.

It’s time to start planning your next visit to explore these diverse and dynamic beaches and take a break from our busy lives.
